- 斜面での使用時に注意すべき点(ブームリフト)
- ブームリフトはシザーリフトよりも高い作業高を誇り、型によっては130フィート(39.6m)以上の高さがあります。ブームリフトのバケットは長いアーム部分の最上部にあり可動域が広いため、シザーリフトよりも幅広い用途での使用が可能です。 一方、ブームリフトはシザーリフトよりも高い作業高があるため、安全性維持のためにシザーリフトよりもコンパクトなプラットフォームの作りとなっています。そのため、作業スペースが小さく、アクセスが難しい場所での使用にも向いています。 そして、シザーリフトと同様に、ブームリフトも勾配が急な丘や斜面で使用することはお勧めできません。どちらも機械の重心が他の機械よりも高いことから、少しの無理をしただけでも転倒の危険性が高くなるためです。ただし、安全な作業負荷で最大傾斜を超えない場合は、傾斜面での作業も可能です。 斜面でブームリフトを安全に運転することは、先ずリフトの最大勾配定格を知ることが重要です。 斜面の勾配は、デジタル傾斜計を使用して、傾斜の正確な測定が可能です。 デジタル傾斜計を保有していない場合は、まず90cm以上の長さのボードを斜面に置きます。次に、大工用の水準器をボードに置き、ボードの水準器の下橋を水平になるまで上げます。ここまでできたら、次のステップです。 1/ 地面までの距離を測定します。 2/ 距離をボードの長さで割ります。 3/ 100を掛けます。 この単純な式で、傾斜の勾配が確認できます。スロープの数値が最大勾配定格を超える場合は、そのスロープでの使用をやめてください。 また、最大勾配定格は、地面の状態や天候によって変化する可能性があることに注意してください。例えば、泥や砂利が水を含むと、通常よりも摩擦の力が弱まるため、停止距離が長くなる可能性があります。 傾斜地や起伏の多い地形を横断する場合も、走行速度を落とす必要があります。下り坂や崖付近の斜面でブームリフトを使用する際には、十分注意してください。 斜面でブームリフトを安全に使用するためには、次のような項目があります。 ✓ リフトを使用する前に、操作チェックリストを使用して、操作性を確認してください。 ✓ 適切なタイヤ圧であることを確認してください。低圧、または高圧の場合、リフトの安定性に影響を与える可能性があります。 ✓ 作業を開始する前 ...
