High-Performance Generating System

Advanced Power Generation System

• Denyo generators are designed to deliver stable, reliable, and high-quality power for demanding applications. With advanced insulation and low waveform distortion, they ensure smooth operation with various equipment.
• With an innovative excitation system integrated with an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) and an advanced brushless generator, it provides fast voltage regulation in response to load variations, enabling use soon after startup. This system provides output stability during load variations.
• For a particular job, you may need that extra power from your generator. With the DCA Series, the standby power rating (110% or 105% load) can be used continuously for 1 hour in every 8 hours of continuous operation. This extra power performance of Denyo generators means you can get the job done, without the inconvenience of using another generator.

Dual Voltage System

For companies that operate internationally or have motors that require power at different voltages, a different generator is usually required for each voltage setting. However, the DCA Series generators are equipped with a dual voltage system, so a single generator can be used to power motors to multiple voltage settings.

Parallel Operation Feature

From time to time, at a construction site, mine site or in other situations, a large temporary power supply is required for a particular job. To meet this requirement Denyo’s DCA Series generators incorporate a built-in parallel operation drive system, allowing you to create a large capacity generating plant on-site, without the need to procure any other equipment.

Equipped with Electronic Governors

Equipped with electronic governors that control the engine speed electronically, Denyo’s generators can maintain a constant RPM regardless of the amount of load applied (isochronous control). You can shift the control method to droop control if the purpose of use so requires, and you can control the speed using switches in a control box.

User-Friendly Control Panel

• Denyo generators are designed for easy operation and maintenance, even for first-time users. A large fuel gauge is fitted for simple viewing. Routine maintenance is simplified with external drain plugs for oil, fuel, and water.
• All daily maintenance tasks can be performed from one side of the machine, with large access doors for engine servicing. For major engine overhauls, the bonnet can be simply unbolted, which allows full access to the engine.

Transportability

• Denyo’s DCA Series features a compact and lightweight design, achieved through improvements in coupling techniques and alternator design.
• A sturdy weatherproof steel bonnet on a heavy-duty skid base ensures durability and easy handling by forklifts.
• The balance point lifting hook (lug) fitted on the roof of each machine facilitates easy transportation using a crane.
• All models are modular designed so that generators can be stacked, thereby making the best use of your valuable storage area.

Safety

• Denyo generators are equipped with multiple protective devices to ensure safe and reliable operation. A circuit breaker is provided to protect the generator from shorting of the load circuit or an overload. An emergency stop device is provided to automatically detect an engine malfunction and shut down the unit as well as a warning lamp.
• To prevent electric shock, the machine is equipped with Earth Leakage Relay.
• An Emergency Stop Button provides immediate shutdown capability in critical situations.

Quiet Operation

Denyo’s generators run quietly thanks to company’s soundproofing technology. The Soundless Type & Ultra Soundproof Type in particular features a low-noise engine, low-noise fan, the addition of a silencer, and special structures such as changes to the hood shape, which create a low noise level similar to that of a quiet office.

Efficient Operation

The Fluid Level Warning Lamp alerts users when fluid in the ECO-BASE reaches 50% capacity. Additionally, water and oil collected in ECO tank drain easily through the large caliber drain valve. Swivel-type oil drain increases the speed of draining compared to the conventional type.
