Recently, the northern region of Vietnam faced severe consequences from flooding caused by the consecutive storms Bualoi and Matmo, which struck from late September to early October 2025. The inundation not only affected residents’ daily lives but also caused serious disruptions to production activities and ongoing construction projects.
